Sticky Delivery Confirmation
Sometime you need to learn your business lessons through failures that are right in front of your face.
A perfect example of this is Delivery Confirmation by the USPS. There is nothing more useless than this service.
They tell you when its left (which I already know) and after its delivered (which I will know when the other person contacts me). It vaguely tries to copy FedEx and UPS with their confirmation status. The huge difference is UPS/FedEx tell me everything and everyplace the package has been, it will probably tell me if the driver had farted.
I can look at the FedEx/UPS status and find out exactly when the package is going to be delivered.
The Postal Service is full of too many people just there to collect their pensions and no one to truly help them compete in the global market
Another problem I ran into last night is Windows Sticky Key function. It happens when you hold down a shift key for to long and it assumes that you are handicap and need help. Being handicap stinks make do doubt about that, but why are you punishing the 99.99% of Windows users. Make this thing an install option. “1. Never turn on the Sticky keys”. When this thing turns on I can never figure out how to turn it off and I need to reboot.
sigh
