Universaly Un-Universal
You ever wonder why, when you buy a cell phone or a music player why they all have different power adapters ?
I do also.
Evidently if you live in the European Union you don’t any more. They got the cell phone companies together and made them agree to a universal adapter.
Kinds of makes you wonder what’s going on in the United States ?
Maybe the cell phone companies are holding out for a bailout or maybe the government is to busy protecting us from those rogue music downloaders.
Thank goodness the government focuses on those major issue instead of letting some things happen for decades before getting caught.
I almost broke down and spent the extra money on a new iPhone 3GS until I heard about those overheating problems people are having.
Finally Sony is keeping China safe from “porn”, and lastly I didn’t even know there was a Ulysses project. I think we need Wernher von Braun back to promote space exploration if we ever want to get back to the moon.
