Sticks and Stones
The labor say weekend really stunk. On Friday morning I woke up at 4am, pain in my back. Yep, it was kidney stones. I got my wallet, insurance card and I went to grab my phone. I didn’t think of it at the time, but out of all the phones I had, I grabbed my older Motorola flip phone. My no Instant messenger, no Twitter, no Face book, no MLB steaming audio application, just my plain old phone/text messaging flip phone.
Funny how your mind works in an emergency.
Of course when I was feeling better lying there in the emergency room for 3 hours, I was cursing my decision when I didn’t have my IM, Twitter, Face book and MLB application, but at least I had a full battery.
