Incompetence rewarded
In case you didn’t notice, President Obama appointed a Chief Information Office (Vivek Kundra) for the United States. The following day, the F.B.I. raided his offices and arrested some people that worked under him for corruption, accepting bribes, etc.
That shows that he is either A) Involved or B) Incompetent, either way there is no way this guy should be running a technology agency.
He stepped down shortly after, but evidently he was quietly re-instated.
I may just be an ordinary person, but lately has incompetence and poorly run programs and businesses been rewarded ?
