Colocation cost are on the rise and instead of expanding for additional server rack space they are finding customers replacing outdated servers with power hungry multi-processor servers that consume more energy. By charging per AMP use they have passed the increase to customers. this is all well and fair but, do you really know what your AMP or kWr draw is?
